After a long period of physical and mental growth, a pregnant woman is ready to give birth and the baby is big enough and ready to be born. Most deliveries take place between 37 and 42 weeks pregnant, which is between three weeks before and two weeks after the estimated due date.
Approximately four weeks before your due date, we will discuss the upcoming delivery during one of your pregnancy checkups. Additionally, we will inform you when to call us. The reasons to call us are different for everyone. They depend on your care plan and on your personal needs.
Many insurance companies provide free maternity packages that include all the items you need. Please ask your insurance company to send you a maternity package. Make sure you do so in time.
