Complaints policy

For a smooth and positive pregnancy and birth experience, the involvement of all parties is essential. We believe this is best achieved in an atmosphere of mutual respect and openness.

If you have any concerns or feedback, please feel free to discuss them with us. This allows us to reflect, adjust, and improve our care.

If you have medical complaints that you wish to submit to another authority, you can contact the Complaints Committee of the Royal Dutch Organization of Midwives (KNOV), P.O. Box 2001, 3500 GA Utrecht, The Netherlands.

If we are unable to resolve the matter together, you can reach out to an independent complaints officer.We are affiliated with the CBKZ (Central Bureau for Complaints Management in Healthcare). The complaints officer will listen to your story, provide advice, and help you find a solution. You can contact them via cbkz.nl.
